Tanya Burr Cosmetics 'My Paradise Eye Palette' Review

I love supporting other bloggers and Youtubers, no matter how 'big' or 'little' their following is. A Youtuber that I have watched for years and years is Tanya Burr - I'll leave a link to her channel here just in case you've never heard of her. A couple of years ago Tanya started her own makeup cosmetics line, which every few months she adds new products to. At this current moment in time, I only own three eyeshadow palettes, one eyebrow palette and a lipstick, but Tanya has a lot more products out there and they are all on my list to get! For this post, I thought that I would do a review of one of her newest eyeshadow palettes, the 'My Paradise' palette, as I have been using it non stop recently.

The 'My Paradise' palette is inspired by rose gold sunsets, so it is obviously made for me, which you will know if you read my latest blog post - 'The Rose Gold Trend'. It is a quad, so contains four shades, which I think is a perfect size for a simple everyday eye look.

The packaging of the palette is simple cardboard, with a magnetic closure and a small heart shaped mirror. The outside is embossed with a pineapple print, and the palette itself is a slightly metallic pink shade. Overall, I love the packaging.

There are three sparkling shades and one matte shade. 'Champagne Cocktail' is a light peachy pink shade. 'Tranquility' is the most pink shade, with it being slightly darker and almost slightly red toned. 'Miami Sunrise' is the true rose gold shade, as it has beautiful gold sparkles running through it. 'Hammock' is a cool toned medium brown, perfect for the crease. If I was being extremely picky, I would have liked a lighter shade for under the brow, but all of the shades in this palette are extremely wearable for everyday or can be built up for an evening look. They blend beautifully, have good pigmentation and are very on trend for right now.

Tanya Burr Cosmetics is sold in Superdrug and on feelunique and this palette retails at £5.99, so it is incredibly affordable. I highly recommend it for anyone who is loving pink toned eyeshadows at the moment like me!

Have you tried any of Tanya Burr's makeup range?
